Definitely. Thrive 1-on-1 sessions can be held at home, in gyms, outdoors, or in local community spaces — wherever it best supports your goals.
Absolutely. We provide regular updates, goal tracking, and progress notes that you can share with Support Coordinators, therapists, or family members. This helps ensure transparency and measurable outcomes.
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and after-school hours. Once we match you with a mentor, you’ll be able to arrange times that work best for you.
Our Thrive 1-on-1 program is designed for teens and young adults, typically between 14–30 years old. However, we can also support participants of any age under Core Supports, depending on goals and suitability — just reach out and we’ll see if we’re the right fit.
