Thrive 1-on-1 is Novara Care’s signature service — a hands-on, engaging program that blends fitness, mentoring, and skill development into every session. Each plan is tailored to the individual, focusing on what they enjoy most while helping them grow both mentally and physically.

Before sessions begin, we take the time to understand each participant — their interests, strengths, and personal goals. Whether it’s improving fitness, building structure into daily life, or developing confidence in social settings, every Thrive session is customised to support real, measurable growth.

Our mentors go beyond basic support. They act as positive role models, guiding participants through active sessions that combine exercise, conversation, and skill-building activities. This approach builds trust, discipline, and long-term independence — not just momentary motivation.

Participants can choose from flexible session types to match their needs and energy levels:

  • Starter Session (2 hours): Focused on fitness or confidence-building.
  • Growth Session (4–5 hours): Combines physical activity with goal-setting or practical life skills.
  • Full-Day Experience (6–8 hours): A full day of active learning, mentoring, and community participation.
